Fleet View

Module 'Transport Execution'

The Fleet View provides detailed insights into each vehicle's operational status and assignments. Here's a guide to understanding the information each column presents:

  • Truck image: Clicking on this will display the plan for the selected vehicle, offering a visual overview of its schedule.
  • Truck, Trailer, and Driver: These columns display the information for the locked units as defined in the 'Vehicles' module, ensuring clarity on the resources allocated to each task.
  • Tasks, Loaded KG, and Cumulative L.M.: Indicate the number of tasks assigned to the truck, its loaded weight in kilograms, and the cumulative linear meters of cargo, respectively. This helps in assessing the vehicle's capacity utilization.
  • Destination, Destination City, and Destination Company: Show the final destination of the truck, including the city and the company it is heading to, providing essential details for route planning.
  • Progress, PDA, PTA, and ETA:
    • Progress (e.g., 0(5)): Reflects completed tasks out of the total assigned (e.g., 0 out of 5 tasks completed).
    • PDA: Planned Date of Arrival.
    • PTA: Planned Time of Arrival.
    • ETA: Estimated Time of Arrival, calculated based on current progress and conditions.
  • Last Reported Address and GPS Reported: These fields are updated with data received from the GPS system. 'Last Reported Address' indicates the most recent location reported by the GPS, while 'GPS Reported' shows the time of the last report, offering real-time tracking of the vehicle.

Understanding these details within the Fleet View enables effective monitoring and management of your transport operations, ensuring each vehicle's journey is optimally planned and executed.
