Support Requests

1. Click the "Support Requests" button:



2. Describe the issue and click the save button. 



This will send the request to the OBS support team (the operation is successful if OBS hash field gets populated with data). Please note that no confirmation emails will be sent. 

3. Reviewing the status of the request

Click the "Support Requests" -> List Button (the first button in the popup window). The following table will appear.


Click the "Check" button to see the status of your request
