Services

Overview of all fields, sections, and their meanings

The Services module is used to define the services offered by the company, together with their prices, tax configuration and additional operational information. Properly maintaining this data ensures accurate invoicing, budgeting and reporting.

Service

The Service panel contains the core definition of the service.

  • Name – The name of the service (required).
  • Service Category – Category or group to which the service belongs (for example Development, Transport, etc.).
  • Description – Free-text description of the service, used to explain scope, conditions or internal notes.
Taxes

The Taxes section controls how the service is taxed.

  • Taxes – Select the tax definition applied to this service (for example standard VAT).
  • Tax rate – Specific tax rate used for the service.
  • Tax exemption reason – Optional field describing why the service is exempt from tax, if applicable.
Price

The Price panel defines how the service is priced and measured.

  • Sales price – The selling price of the service in the selected currency.
  • Unit price – Price per measurement unit, when different from the sales price representation.
  • Units in service – Number of units considered as one service (e.g. 1 hour, 1 visit).
  • External service – Checkbox indicating that the service is delivered by an external provider.
  • Allocate in budgets – When selected, the service can be included in budgeting and planning.
  • Unit – The unit of measure for the service (for example CNT – count, hours, pieces, etc.).
Information

The Information panel contains additional context and classifications related to the service.

  • Parent – Parent service, used when this service is part of a larger service structure.
  • Company – Company responsible for delivering the service, when multiple companies exist in the system.
  • Contact – Primary contact person for enquiries about this service.
  • Time to complete – Estimated time needed to deliver or complete the service.
  • Transport – Checkbox indicating that this service includes transport activities.
  • Invoiced separately – When selected, the service is invoiced separately from other services or products.
  • Subcontractor transport – Indicates that transport is provided by a subcontractor.
  • Expense category – Expense category used for accounting and cost tracking.
  • Income category – Income category under which revenue from this service is reported.
  • Acquired services – Field used to link related services that are acquired or bundled together.
