Opportunities are deals in progress. In OBS you can create opportunities for existing companies. Let’s explore how you can use opportunities to track your deals, better understand who you’re selling to, and focus your team’s efforts.

Creating an opportunity.
Open the CRM -> Opportunities module and click the "Add" button. Then fill in the form as shown below:

  • Prospecting
  • Qualification
  • Needs Analysis
  • Value Proposition
  • Ident. Decision Makers
  • Perception Analysis
  • Proposal Price/Quote
  • Negotiation/Review
  • Closed/Won
  • Closed/Lost
